Rental Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the email address and rental requirements you submit, including your optional name, chosen California location, rent budget, bedrooms, property type, timing, additional requirements, and email consent. We also retain the submission time, source page, referrer and campaign parameters when available. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and routine technical logs.

How we use your request

We use your details to review and research your request, email questions and potential matches, keep service records, and prevent abuse. We do not send automated matches or operate continuous monitoring in this pilot. Your email consent covers this request, not unrelated marketing.

Storage and sharing

We use Google Sheets and Apps Script to collect and store requests, Google Workspace for manual email, and Cloudflare for hosting. These providers process information under their applicable terms. We do not sell your information or pass your contact details to landlords or listing providers as part of this pilot. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect rights or security.

Advertising measurement and cookies

We use the Google Ads tag to measure visits and successfully saved requests. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and analytics storage are denied by default unless you allow measurement. Advertising personalization remains disabled. When storage consent is denied, the tag may still send cookieless measurement signals to Google. We do not include your form name, email, or rental requirements in conversion-event data, and this site does not implement enhanced conversions using your form details.

Choose Allow measurement or Continue without in the cookie banner. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Your measurement choice does not prevent submitting a rental request. External listing sites have their own privacy practices.

Your choices

Reply to a service email to stop further messages or close your request. Contact privacy@pritalo.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We retain service records only as reasonably needed to handle requests, maintain operations, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Only share what is needed

Please do not submit IDs, Social Security numbers, credit reports, financial documents, or sensitive personal information. Describe accessibility features you need without providing medical information.
