Rental Service Terms

California rental-information pilot

Pritalo manually researches public rental listings for California properties and emails potential matches based on your requirements. This service has no fee, requires no purchase, and receives no landlord commissions or referral payments for rental matches.

Information only

Pritalo does not act as your real-estate agent or represent landlords. We do not contact listing providers on your behalf, arrange showings, negotiate, process applications, screen tenants, prepare leases, or collect rent, deposits, or other transaction payments. Contact the listing provider directly for those matters.

Requests and timing

Use your own email and provide accurate property requirements. We aim to review requests within one business day. We may ask for details, accept or decline a request, or stop research. If accepted, we email an expected timeline. Matches and response times are not guaranteed. This pilot does not include continuous monitoring or automatic alerts.

Confirm before acting

Source listings may be incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, outdated, or withdrawn. We do not inspect properties, verify ownership, guarantee availability or eligibility, or endorse a provider. Independently confirm the property, provider identity, rent, fees, availability, and lease terms before visiting, applying, signing, or paying. Transactions are solely between you and the provider.

Equal access

We use objective property requirements and do not provide discriminatory housing searches or recommendations. Do not request selection based on protected characteristics of residents or neighborhoods. Accessibility features can be included in your requirements.

Communications and acceptable use

Submitting authorizes emails about your request. Reply to stop or close the request. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, or provide unlawful or discriminatory requests. Do not upload IDs, credit reports, financial documents, or application materials.

Service limitations

The service is provided as available and offers general information, not legal or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant accuracy, uninterrupted service, or a suitable match. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update or end the pilot; we will not introduce a charge without your separate agreement.
