Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pritalo ("Pritalo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you visit pritalo.com or submit a request through the Pritalo beta service.

For the California rental pilot, see the dedicated Rental Privacy Policy. The rental page uses advertising measurement as described in its policy and does not enroll requesters in the product-search membership.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Information you submit, such as your name, email address, request description, category, location, budget, desired timeframe, country, and contact consent.
• Basic source and campaign information, such as the referring page and UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers, when available.
• Technical information routinely processed by our hosting and service providers, such as IP address, browser or device information, and security or access logs.
• Your founding-member enrollment status, activation and expiry dates, and request usage, stored with our service records to manage the first 100 places and your monthly allowance.
• Your advertising-measurement preference and information about whether an advertisement led to a submitted request.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Review, research, and respond to your request.
• Send matches, questions, status updates, or service messages.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the beta service.
• Prevent spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, and excessive use.
• Understand how visitors discover and use Pritalo.
• Comply with applicable law and protect our rights and users.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may provide information to vendors that help us operate Pritalo, including Google for request collection, storage, and advertising measurement and Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, security, and related services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Advertising measurement and cookies

Pritalo uses the Google Ads tag to understand whether an advertisement leads to a submitted request. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and analytics storage are denied by default until you choose to allow measurement. If you allow it, Google may use cookies or similar browser storage for measurement. Advertising personalization remains disabled. Pritalo does not currently use enhanced conversions and does not send your form name or email address to Google as enhanced conversion data.

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Declining measurement cookies does not prevent you from submitting a Pritalo request.

Third-party websites

Matches may link to third-party websites. Pritalo does not control those websites or their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing them with personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the beta, respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@pritalo.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

Children's privacy

Pritalo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

United States service

Pritalo currently accepts requests within the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, your information may be processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Pritalo develops. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
